every time a bill that restricts a landlords management of their property, esp. single family homes, more of them decide to sell to home owners, thereby decreasing the amount available. Which makes rents go up! The old saying supply and demand causes changes.

I oppose the passing of HB 2779 which would interfere with my ability as a landlord to manage my own properties.

I have never gotten involved in rental politics before now. And I am unclear as to which bills are passed and not. Is there a page that tells if the bill has passed and the issues with them and who to contact? Pretty busy here but help me help you and we'll be better Landlords..
